One of the first things I ask my potential brokers is,... Are you in it for the renewals?
I speak to many Iso's everyday wanting to board with us, and when I ask them how many files they renew, I hear crickets or excuses. Too many brokers are in this for the instant gratification or are too short sighted to see that the best business is repeat business!
