Hey Jordan, thanks for the question. Actually, we do have a vetting process hence the label of funder or broker, however, there are always the possibility someone slips by somehow.

But in this case, my understanding is that @Paula Sborovsky works for a funder that is starting a new venture in the US while they have a lending company in South America. That site is https://www.wipei.com.ar/

She, without speaking to her, is seemingly setting up relationships now as they launch their company here. Your question about her site is a fair question to ask but I would have probably just asked her why her website isn't active and if she has an active one or a LinkedIn profile, which is what I do to all who request to sign up for my site among other things.

If someone ends up not being who they say they are they will be labeled appropriately or blocked from the site.

This whole topic is one of the main reasons I started this site and continue to verify who people are before they are approved. There are many that don't get approved as members because I can't verify their identity, or their company, which includes reviewing websites, SOS, etc.

Along with that is categorizing them correctly on whether they are a funder or broker. There are probably people reading this who can attest to that.

I also read MCA contracts if they claim they are a funder and if they don't want to supply that they either don't get approved or are labeled a broker.
