I am pleased to confirm the provision of the following Scope of work :
Accounting and Bookkeeping Services for 2024 and 2025.
Quickbooks Online Setup, and transition from Bench Accounting Software.
Tax Preparation and Filing Services for 2024 and 2025.
VCFO Services.Sales Tax Services.Org
Restructuring (If required).
To start with the discussed Scope of work above, you will be receiving an Engagement Letter (EL) from us via Cygnature; please take a moment to review and sign at your earliest convenience. There we will be sending you an initial invoice for Accounting and Bookkeeping services covering 100 hours @ $25/HR for $2,500. If additional hours are required, we will communicate with you once we consume 90% of the paid hours. And for all other services like Tax preparation and filing, 1099 Filings, Payroll Compliance, Sales Tax Compliance…etc will be raised after communication and upon your approval.
In addition to this kindly confirm your next morning availability for a meeting, to have the below requested access, documents and proceed with setup of Quickbooks Online Account, upon confirmation I will send you the meeting invite.
Further, for your convenience, I have listed below the Initial requirements of documents, details, and access permissions we are awaiting :

Initial List of Documents Required for:
2021,2022 & 2023.
Previous 2 Years signed copy of Filed Business Tax Returns for 2022 & 2023.
Previous 2 Years signed copy of Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Statement based on which return was filed for 2022 &2023.
Business Bank Account Access/Statements for 2024.
Business Credit Card Access/Statements for 2024.Personal Credit Card Access/Statements used for Business for 2024.
All Loan Contracts & Statements & Payoff Letter for 2024.
Rent Agreements, also share details if any amount was revised during the period 2024.
Payroll Summary reports, 940,941,
State Tax Returns for 2024.
All other Supporting’s available which would help in review and reconciliation
1St Stage - Introduction to our accounting services team.• Initial call to understand the support and services required.• Confirmation of services opted from client.• We will send you “Engagement Letter “to sign via Cygnature.• We will send you the invoice against which you can process as initial deposit to start the work.
2nd Stage - Onboarding Process:• Within 7 Business days client must provide all the access and all the necessary documents requested.• Simultaneously, once all the access/documents are received a dedicated representative will be appointed and introduced to the client.
