Business Purchase Funding

Question

Hello all. I am Daryl Eaves with Krimson Capital LLC. I have a client that is purchasing a construction and rehab business in California. It is for $3,400,000. I have all the financials of the business and the buyer. Timing is of the essence. Preferrably a 10 year deal.
